This lithe single-family house overlooks a small lake within a community of 13 luxury homes. The graceful roof planes are anchored with large stone masses that frame the main entry. Palmhurst House includes an 800 SF Casita, providing an elegant living arrangement for in-laws and guests. Inset clerestory windows provide ample natural light deep into interior common spaces, while reducing the solar heat gain on the interior.
