Working with a limited budget and a quick schedule, Duncan Architects provided a refreshed, modern aesthetic with refined material changes, and minor layout adjustments. Local carpenters provided shaker doors for the existing casework, which paired nicely with contrasting kitchen colors to create a unique character. In the bathroom, the reuse of the bathtub, vanity base, and mirror provided a refreshed look with minimal intervention.
